Privacy Policy
Bay Brands LLC built NORx4 to help you complete guided Norwegian 4×4 interval workouts. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it uses it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you create an account, NORx4 collects your first name and email address. These details are linked to your account and used for sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery, account support, and core app functionality.
Apple Health information
With your permission, NORx4 may read heart rate, resting heart rate, VO₂ max, walking heart-rate average, body mass, date of birth, and biological sex from Apple Health. The app uses these values to personalize training zones, display workout guidance, and show relevant progress.
During an Apple Watch workout, NORx4 may write completed workout information and active energy to Apple Health. You control Health access in your device settings and can change or revoke permission at any time.
Where your information is processed
Apple Health information and workout history are processed and stored on your devices. NORx4 does not upload Apple Health information to Bay Brands LLC servers. Account name, email address, and authentication records are handled by Supabase, our authentication service provider, so the app can provide secure account access.
How we use information
- Provide and personalize NORx4 workouts.
- Authenticate your account and support password recovery.
- Display your training zones, workout history, and progress.
- Maintain the security and reliability of the service.
No advertising or tracking
NORx4 does not sell your personal information. It does not use Apple Health information for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or cross-app tracking. The app does not include third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Your account information is retained while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from Profile inside NORx4. Account deletion removes the sign-in account and clears the app’s locally stored profile and workout history from that device. You can also remove the app’s Apple Health permissions through Apple Health or Settings.
Children’s privacy
NORx4 is not directed to children under 13, and Bay Brands LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and questions
